Most alleged ‘health-drinks’ tend to fall short of their stated goals, using added sugars and starches. About Us
My name is Vezi Ncube
I founded 'Steam' in 2021 with my dear friend, mentor and health coach, Janet. A born traveller, I've always wanted to explore the world. So much so, that I now hold three passports across as many continents! My love for travel, and simultaneously busy, fast paced job mean that often, I find I don't have much time to care for my health the way I want to. One constant area of concern for me was that excessive, or even daily consumption of coffee would make my hormones to go out of whack, give me the caffeine jitters, and cause crashes in the afternoon. While on holiday in the beautiful Cayman Islands, it became even more apparent to me how I struggled to find a coffee replacement that satisfied my early morning need for a boost, yet had all the deliciousness of a tasty, cafe-style latte, and importantly, would cause NO spikes in my blood sugar.
I called Janet, the stars aligned, and on that tiny island in the Caribbean, the 'Steam Organic' superfood convenience sachet, with creamer was born.
